What's all this about interactive videos?

This interactive video for AB InBev, one of the world's largest brewers, gives potential recruits a real taste of the organisation's culture. Featured on the company's website, it's designed to help people self-select, ensuring more 'right-fit' candidates and saving everyone time and money in recruitment costs.

With 'A taste of AB InBev', we really pushed the boat out by creating mini-games and quizzes within the interactive environment itself. We were rewarded with the Best Candidate Interaction award at the RADs. Watch this short video for a flavour of what the experience involves.
